It will transfer not only mobile communications but the whole country to digital world. 4.5G from lifecell - is the fourth genera-tion of high-speed mobile Internet based on LTE Advanced Pro technology. It ensures up to 5 times higher download speed and up to 10 times higher upload speed comparing to 3G. But it's not all about the speed.
